Project Manager – GL-bygg

GL-bygg is growing and has a solid project portfolio ahead. We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to own projects from start to finish—someone motivated by creating structure, progress, and great results at the construction site.

Your Responsibilities:

As Project Manager, you will have total responsibility for the execution of construction projects—from planning to handover:

  • Leading and managing projects regarding progress, finance, and quality.

  • Developing progress plans and following up on budgets and profitability.

  • Maintaining close dialogue with clients and contract partners.

  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring good cooperation on-site.

  • Overseeing quality assurance, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and risk management.

  • Reporting and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the project.

You will be the one keeping the overview, making decisions, and ensuring that things are actually delivered—on time and at the right quality.

Who Are We Looking For?

We believe you have:

  • An engineering degree in construction—or equivalent experience.

  • Experience from construction projects, preferably in a project manager or site manager role.

  • A good understanding of finance and project management.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and standards.

  • Proficiency in the Norwegian language, both oral and written.

And perhaps most importantly: You are structured, clear, and confident in a leadership role. You thrive with responsibility, engage people, and enjoy solving challenges before they become problems.
