The Department of Care and Support in Grong Municipality has the following vacancies:
2 x 100% permanent positions as a Registered Nurse/Social Educator.
One-year temporary position as a Registered Nurse/Social Educator, available immediately in an 80–100% capacity, with the possibility of a permanent position upon completion.
2 x 100% permanent positions as a Healthcare Assistant.
70% position as a Kitchen and Laundry Assistant.
We also have several weekend positions available. We encourage nurses, social educators, skilled workers, students, and assistants to apply.

About the Work Environment and Roles
All positions are currently based at the nursing home, working on a shift rotation that includes every third weekend. We are currently undergoing a development process exploring new ways to organize our services, including reviewing rotations and working hours. The goal is to utilize expertise as effectively as possible while ensuring a good balance between operations and employee needs. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this work.
Care and Support consists of three nursing departments, home care services, and our own kitchen and laundry facility. We also operate a dialysis satellite for Health North-Trøndelag.
We focus on the patient 24 hours a day. We are looking for new colleagues who are passionate about their profession and wish to share their knowledge, care, and sense of security. You will join a team of skilled health workers who prioritize both the acute and basic needs of our users while striving to create a meaningful life for our residents.
Our nursing departments are well-equipped with professional expertise. We are known for a strong professional environment, close collaboration with the medical service, and providing employees with challenging tasks and personal development. You will find a group of colleagues who want everyone to thrive both at work and in their personal lives.
Our kitchen produces food for residents and delivers dinners to those living at home. The kitchen is co-organized with the laundry, which handles resident clothing, staff uniforms, and laundry services for certain local businesses.
